When will I receive my delivery?

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message giving you an approximate time of delivery. Unfortunately, you cannot select a preferred time, but we will ensure you are given notice before we deliver your order.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. If you are not home we will leave your order in an agreed location or close to your front door. Cold items will be placed in a foam box with ice.

What if something is not available?

If there was no availability of a product that you ordered, you can replace it with a similar product of the same value, or we will arrange a refund within 24 hours after delivery.
